This adorable tutu/petticoat dress by Rachel on the Flower was sent in for their upcoming feature/advertisement in Hudson Magazine.  If you remember…my ‘baby’ (now 18 months….I think that means she is a toddler!!) was wearing a tutu dress similar to this last fall.  These are the softest and best quality petticoat dresses I have seen!
